How long will my order take to arrive?

Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 7 to 14 business days, however, can take up to 30 days. We cannot control any transit delays. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.

When will my order ship?

We prepare orders for shipment as soon as they are complete and we work hard to process and ship your orders in a timely manner. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide to ensure that we can make every pet happy.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as Paypal.

 

I`m making a purchase as a gift, can you send a gift receipt?

Unfortunately, we do not have an option for gift receipt at this moment.

 

I have a promotion code, where do I enter it to receive my discount?

On the Checkout page, there is a box to enter a promo code. To add a promo code, enter your promo code in the box under promo code and select apply. We regret that promo codes cannot be to an existing or past order that has been placed.

 

Do I have to pay for return shipping to exchange an item?

No! If an item was sent incorrectly, we will pay the ground shipping rate for you to return an item to us. For more information, please visit our Return Policy link in the footer.

Can I submit a review on the product i recently purchased?

How do i know what size to buy for my pet?

Each product page will have sizing information for the type of pet the product is typically purchased for. If you need help with your pet size, feel free to contact us at service@petspremiumproducts.com.

 

We run a non-profit organization, how do we request donations for pets?

Due to the high volume of product donation requests received through electronic and regular mail, Pets Premium Products is unable to fairly select donation recipients without excluding equally deserving organizations and individuals.
